Step-by-Step Guide to Bind "UPSTOX"
This section will take you through the step-wise instructions to log in, setup, and bind your broker into your AlgoBulls Account.
Step 1 | Log In to Your AlgoBulls Account
- Open your browser and navigate to the AlgoBulls Login Page.
- Enter your registered mobile number and password in the respective fields.
- Click on the Login button to access your AlgoBulls account.

- If you’ve forgotten your password, don’t worry! Simply click on the Forgot Password? link below the login form and follow the instructions to reset your password.

Here’s an example of what the login page looks like:
Step 2 | Navigate to the Broking Details Page

After logging in, locate the Broking Details option in the sidebar menu on the left. Click on it to proceed.

On the Broking Details page, you’ll see a list of brokers you’ve already linked to your AlgoBulls account (if any).

To add a new broker, click the + Add Broker button. This will open a modal (pop-up window) showing the list of all available brokers.
- In the modal that appears, search for or scroll through the list to select UPSTOX.
Step 3 | Complete the One-Time Activity for UPSTOX
This one-time setup adds UPSTOX to your broker's list and is required before OAuth login.
- Select the One-Time-Activity of UPSTOX option.

Enter your Client API Key and Client Secret Key (provided by your broker).
- If you don't know how to get the Client API Key and Secret Key, follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in to Upstox

Go to Upstox Login Page and log in to your account.
Step 2: Access the App Section

After logging in, navigate to your Profile Page.

Select the APPS option.
Step 3: Create a New App

Click on + New App.

Fill in the required details:

App Name: Enter any name that suits you.

Redirect URL: Enter app.algobulls.com/loading.
Important
Ensure the redirect URL is exactly app.algobulls.com/loading. Any other value will not work.

Click on the I accept the terms and conditions checkbox.

Click on Continue.
Step 4: Review and Finalize

If you need to edit details, do so at this stage.

Otherwise, click Confirm Plan to proceed.

Congratulations! Your app has been successfully created.
Step 5: Retrieve API Key and Secret Key

Navigate to the My Apps Section.

Click the down arrow button (as shown in the image).

Your API Key and Secret Key will be displayed.

Click Copy and use these credentials as required.
You're all set to integrate your Upstox account successfully!
- Once the credentials are validated, the login will complete successfully.
- You will now see UPSTOX listed in the Broking Details page.
Step 4 | Log In with UPSTOX (OAuth)
- After completing the one-time activity, click on + Add Broker again and select UPSTOX (OAuth).
- This will redirect you to the UPSTOX login page. Enter your 6-digit PIN.
- Once logged in, UPSTOX (OAuth) will be available on your Broking Details page.
