How to get the support you need:

Follow these simple steps to access Phoenix support:

Step 1 | Select your strategy

  • Log in to your AlgoBulls account and navigate to Phoenix from the left-side menu.

  • On the Phoenix Splash Screen, click on the My Coded Strategies card. This section contains all the strategies you've saved, whether you built them from scratch or customised them from templates.

  • Select the strategy that requires support.

Step 2 | Request Support

  • Inside your selected strategy, click the Need Support button located in the top-right corner of the page.

  • In the pop-up window, choose the strategy name from the Select Strategy dropdown.

  • Briefly describe your issue in the Explain your query briefly dialog box to help our team understand and resolve your query efficiently.

  • Hit Submit, and our support team will get back to you with a solution within 1-2 business days.
